Kiko Claus, Christmas Ogre

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player chooses land or creature. Whenever that
player would put his first permanent of the
chosen type onto the battlefield this turn, each
other player creates a token that's a copy of that
permanent.
Whenever a nontoken creature dies, each player
sacrifices all tokens he or she controls with the
same name.
