Kill The Beast

Destroy target creature.
If it's not a human Proliferate or Populate.
If it's a human each player sacrifices a creature,
those who cant discard a card instead.
And so the mob chased the creature across the night, fatally wounding the monstrous beast; only to find the
body of a man basking under the sun, blood shining
from his open wounds under the light of day.
