Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell,
create two 2/2 blue Drake creature tokens with:
Flying and {t}: Target Opponent puts the top
two cards of their library into their graveyard.
Whenever Killubi deals damage to a player, you
may cast an instant or sorcery card from their
graveyard, without paying it's mana cost.
