permanents by an ability or spell effect, you may
sacrifice permanents controlled by your
opponents as if you controlled them. The
permanents selected must still meet the
requirements of the sacrifice. Two players cannot
select the same sacrifice target. (when sacrificing,
the active player selects their sacrifices first, followed
by other players in turn order)
