If King Cockroach would die, instead put a
Fading 3 counter on it and it remains on
the battlefield. Anytime he should die
thereafter, as long as it has a Fading counter
on it, the creature can't die. When the last
Fading counter is removed, sacrifice King
Cockroach and create a number of black
1/1 Insect token creatures equal to it's power.
