Whenever an opponent adds mana to their mana
pool, because the Declaratory Act says you can
do whatever the f*** you want, half of that
mana, rounded up, becomes yours. (it leaves your
opponent's mana pool and enters yours)
Because the British Crown- If you would lose
unspent mana as steps and phases end, that
mana becomes Treasure tokens instead.
