King Horace, Emberspitter

When King Horace, Emberspitter enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you aren't
the monarch, target monarch must choose to sacrifice a creature or discard a card. A player
may choose neither of these and you become the monarch. At the beginning of your endstep, you
may lose the monarch and give it to an opponent.
