up to two artifacts you don't control.
Once per turn during your precombat main phase
you may sacrifice a creature or artifact and deal
damage equal to it's mana cost to target player.
If King-Kong is the equipped by an artifact,
destroy the equipment and put a +1/+1 counter on
King-Kong.
