When King Noah, Sinful Tyrant enters the battlefield, you may add +2/+2 to every creature you control on the battlefield. If that happens, you lose life equal to the amount of creatures affected.

At the beginning of your end step, each opponent faces a villainous choice, each creature you control deals 1 damage to that opponent, or you gain control of a nonland permanent that opponent controls and lose life equal to the mana value of that permanent.
