Whenever you cast your commander tap all creatures your opponents control. All creatures your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped. Whenever you gain life you may draw a card. If you would take more than 5 damage from a single source you may reduce the damage by half, rounded up. Only use this ability once per turn.
