King of Shadows

At the beginning of your upkeep put a shadow
counter on target creature.
Whenever King of Shadows becomes the target of
a spell exile him and return him to the
battlefield at the beginning next upkeep
Whenever King of Shadows leaves the battlefield
exile all creatures with a shadow counter and
return them to the battlefield at the beginning of
the next upkeep
