King of the Hill

When King of the Hill enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Whenever a player becomes the monarch, that player gains control of King of the Hill.
Whenever you draw a card, except for the first card you draw during your draw step, put a hill counter on King of the Hill. At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are twenty or more hill
counters on King of the Hill, you win the game.
