"The Slab" attached to target land.
Whenever a Slab enters the battlefield, create a
1/1 white/black spirit creature token with flying.
If there are 7+ Slabs on the battlefield, spirits you
control have base power and toughness 6/6 and
is a Locust in addition to its other creature types.
King Ramses gets +1/+1 for each land with
3 slab counters on it.
