— If total power is bellow 20 Spells cost 1 less
until your next upkeep.
— If total power is between 20 and 25,
shuffle your deck and exiles top card of your
library. You may copy the exiled card 3 times
and cast those copies.
— If total power is above 25 each player draws
cards equal to the power they own.
