Swift Swim — Kingdra can't be blocked by
creatures with 4 or less power while it is raining.

Whirlpool — When Kingdra enters, return target
nonlegendary creature to its owner's hand. If it is
raining, instead put that creature on top of its
owner's deck & shuffle.
