{b}: Kingmaker gains first strike until end of turn.
{b}, {t}: Kingmaker deals deals damage equal to its
power to target planeswalker, or tapped creature.
Whenever a Noble with a -1/-1 counter on it dies,
put a +1/+1 counter on another target creature.
That creature becomes a Noble in addition to its
other types. Its controller becomes the
monarch.
