King's Arrival

Cheer or Boo- Starting with the player of your
choice, each player must choose to cheer or boo.
If you cheer, reveal top card of your library, if its
a creature card place it onto the battlefield, if not
put the revealed card at the bottom of your
library. If you boo, return target permanent to
your hand. This process continues until two
players boo consecutively.
At the beginning of your upkeep repeat this
process.
