Kintav the Rabblerouser

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield while Kintav the Rabblerouser is in play, you may destroy target artifact and deal damage to that creature or its controller equal to it's converted mana cost.
When Kintav enters your establishment, hide the expensive, possibly breakable things.
