Kira Ostroloth

: Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, or a spell they control is countered, put a loyalty counter onto Kira.
-2: Target creature gets -1/-1 for each creature that has died this turn. If it dies, draw a card.
-10: Destroy all creatures, then draw cards equal to the number of creatures destroyed. Creatures dying from this don't put loyalty onto Kira
