this ability only if no cards are imprinted on Kirby.

{t}: If a card is imprinted on Kirby, it is no longer imprinted and Kirby deals 5 damage to any target.

If Kirby would leave the battlefield, instead exile it
with 3 time counters on it and it gains suspend.
