Kizaru

When you play Kizaru, if you have an
Island in play, draw 1 card.
Once per turn, you can discard your in-play Island and pay a resource to return an opponent's Pirate to the hand, except a Fighter. If you do, Kizaru can't attack or be stationed this turn.
