While Klaas is in play, all snails have menace.
Klaas can't attack if the opponent controls an
untapped snail. Klaas cant block snails.
If Klaas is tapped to crew a vehicle, add Klaas's
power and toughness to the vehicles power and
toughness, and the opponent creates a 1/1 blue
snail creature token.
