Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, that player returns it to their hand as it resolves, then exiles a random card from their hand.
Players may play cards owned by their opponents exiled with Klaus, Generous Saint. They may spend mana as though it were mana of any colour to cast those cards.
