Before you set this scheme in motion, sacrifice
three permanents you control. If you don't,
abandon this scheme.
When you set this scheme in motion, target
opponent chooses self or others. If that player
chooses self, that player loses the game. If the
player chooses others, each of your other
opponents sacrifices half of their permanents
and loses half their life total, rounded down.
