during which you are casting this spell.
1. Choose X opponents and pay X{b}.
2-3. Look at your opponent's hand and
choose X cards. Your opponent discards them.
4. For each opponent, create an emblem that
reads "Pay 1{b} to disrupt any action taken by
this opponent." These emblems persist until you
take 3 + X damage.
