Knowledge Thief

When Knowledge Thief enters the battlefield, search target opponent's library
for a card with converted mana cost 3 or less
and exile it. That player then shuffles their library. You may cast the exiled card as long
as you control Knowledge Thief and you
may spend mana of any colour to cast it.
