Known Divulgences

When Known Divulgences enters the battlefield, return all lands to their owners hands.
Players play with their hands revealed.
If a player would draw a card, they reveal it instead. Then any player may pay 2 life. If a player does, exile that card. Otherwise, that player draws a card.
