Koboldssus

Koboldssus enter the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters.
Whenever Koboldssus is dealt damage remove one +1/+1 counter from it.
Whenever a +1/+1 counter is removed from Koboldssus it counts as the death of a creature.
Whenever Koboldssus dies treat its death as the
death of Y creatures, where Y is the number of
counters on it plus 1.
