Koga Jiri

Flash Step - For each creature blocking Koga Jiri, you may pay {1}; if you do, remove that blocking creature from combat. When you remove the last creature blocking Koga Jiri from combat, it’s considered unblocked.

Dojutsu Eye - After blockers are declared, you may choose 2 creatures at random from among attacking and blocking creatures. If you do, you lose life equal to half their converted mana cost, round down, and they deal their combat damage to themselves this turn.
