Koibra's Stare

during its controller`s next untap step.
It's hard to imagine when watching this cute
water cat thingy frolicking about, but it's stare
will cause even the most foracious foes to be
stunned in terror. You definitely want to be on
its good side. I suggest you bring it another fish,
just to be safe...
