When Kokusho, the Setting Star enters the battlefield, for each other color among permanents you control, exile the top card of your library. You may cast any number of cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs for as long as Kokusho, the Setting Star remains
on the battlefield.

The Renewal begins as the war ends.
