When Kolemnos enters the battlefield, sacrifice it
unless it escaped.
When Kolemnos enters the battlefield or attacks,
put a coin counter on target creature, then draw
a card and lose 1 life for each permanent
with a counter on it. If a permanent with a coin
counter would enter the graveyard this turn,
exile it instead.
