Instants and sorceries spells you cast are arcanes.
The same is true for instants and sorceries spells
in your graveyard, in your hand and in your
library. They gain Splice onto Arcane.
The Splice onto Arcane cost is equal to the card's converted mana cost.
Whenever an instant or sorcery spell should be
put into your graveyard, exile it instead.
