Whenever Kong, Guardian Beast attacks choose up to two:
•All creatures able to block Kong this turn do so.
•Put a land from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
•Sacrifice an artifact. If you do, Kong gets +X/+0 until end of turn where X is that artifact’s mana value.

You may sacrifice a land rather then pay the equip cost of the first equip ability you activate each turn targeting Kong, Guardian Beast.
