At the begining of combat on your turn, you may put a silence counter on target creature. That creature has to block Koran, Silencing Roar if this creature is attacking.
Creatures with silence counters on them get -1/-0 for each silence counter on it.
Koran gets +1/+0 for each creature with a silence counter on it.
