Whenever you cast a spell, you pay {1} less for
each spell you've cast this turn.
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls destroys a noncreature permanent you control,
you gain a Storm counter. Then, for each
Storm counter, destroy target permanent that opponent controls.
Justice demands retribution.
