When Korth Plague Master enters the battlefield,
put a plague counter on target creature.
Whenever a creature with a plague counter deals
damage to another creature, put a plague counter
on that creature.
When Korth Plague Master leaves the battlefield,
all creatures with a plague counters on them get
-2/-2 until end of turn.
