The first time Kotori, Gevurah's Fury would die each turn, regenerate her.
{2}{r}, Kotori deals 3 damage to any target. If that target was a creature, then until it's controllers next end step that creature cannot attack, block, and it's activated abilities cannot be activated. If that target was a player, then that player cannot gain life until their next end step.
