30 permanents you control, otherwise you lose
the game.
Kotranel the World Render cannot leave the battlefield under any circumstances (If the player
who controls Kotranel the World Render would lose
the game, Kotranel the World Render would stay on
the battlefield under no players control and attack a
random player each turn.)
