When Koumei enters the battlefield, roll three
six-sided die.

Whenever a spell or ability enters the stack,
you may change the text of target spell or ability by replacing one instances of a number with a number rolled on a selected dice. A dice can only be selected once per turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, reroll all three
six-sided die.
