When Kozilek, Harrower of Thought enters the battlefield, each opponent exiles cards from the top
of their library equal to the number of cards in your hand.

You may cast colored instant and sorcery spells from your opponents exile and may use colorless mana as
if it was mana of any color.

Whenever you cast a card from exile, return it to its owners graveyard.
