each {1} in a noncreature spell's mana value as you
cast it. If you do, copy that spell for each fragment cost
paid. You may choose new targets for the copies.)
Whenever you copy a spell, you may tap or untap target nonland permanent. This ability triggers
no more than twice each turn.
