At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a creature. If you do, reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature, put it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, you lose five life and put the revealed card on the bottom of your library.

The best way to learn requires scars, bruises, and of course, casualties.
