Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell that affects only you
or a single permanent you control, flip a coin. If you win the
flip, an opponent of your choice gains control of that spell. If
you lose the flip, scry X, where X is that spell’s mana value.
After you flip a coin, you may sacrifice 2 goblins. If you do, flip
another coin, and ignore all but one result.
