Enchanted creatures you control have vigilance.
Whenever Kroq-Gar or another creature enters
the battlefield under your control, if you cast it,
you may cast an Aura spell from your hand with
mana value less than that creature's mana value without paying its mana cost.
Kroq-Gar is the last survivor of ruined Xhotl, from a spawning that was always marked for greatness.
