When you cast Krolarch, the Prophesier, target opponent puts his or her hand on top of his or
her library. Look at the top fifteen cards of that library, exile any number of them, and put the rest on top of that library in a random order. Then, that opponent draws three cards.
At the beginning of each upkeep, you may name
a nonland card. It can't be cast this turn.
