Krothel, King of Rot

Whenever you would discard any amount of
cards, each opponent discards that many cards.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an
additional card, then discard two cards, then if
your graveyard has 30 or more cards in it, you
win the game.
Krothel's power and toughness are equal to half
the number of cards in your graveyard, rounded
down.
