a creature through combat, add a madness
counter opponent creature with
the lowest toughness.
Kthozhux gains +1 +1 for each madness counter created by its effect.
if Kthozhux is destroyed through damage,
it is not destroyed. instead, it loses all its traits and
gains Flying and First Strike.
if it is destroyed again, exile it.
