may create a Mr.Bigglesworth token.

(+2 ) Target creature gets a +1/+1 counter has
chaining, deathtouch and is also a Snow Cat.

(-1) Target Snow cat has "When this creature
chains a player draw a card" until end of turn.

(-2) 2 target chained players mill 5 cards, if all
card types match you may repeat this.
