"When this creature leaves the battlefield, for
each -1/-1 counter on it, this token's owner gains
3 life and may draw a card unless you pay 3 life".
Then put a -1/-1 counter on that creature and
target opponent gains control of it.
Whenever Ku'Gath deals combat damage to a
player, proliferate.
